Membership Forms
CTPA and CTCPA fees are on one form. If you are a new
member without a rating in 2008 you must fill out the Classification Form and
send it with your 2008 Membership Forms. To compete in any CTPA show, you will also need a valid CTCPA membership. When mailing in your fees, please include
all fees on ONE CHEQUE, made payable
to the CHINOOK TEAM PENNING ASSOCIATION

Ratings are not official until posted
on the CTCPA Ratings
website. If your number changed, it is in
Red. Some members' ratings may be adjusted after the
first three shows.
